Webinar on Demand: Fire Up Your Manufacturing Month

Yesterday, we heard an electric presentation from Will Healy of Universal Robots about making your Manufacturing Month outreach incredible. Over the hour-long webinar, he taught us WHY Manufacturing Month is important, WHAT companies should consider implementing, and HOW they can reach their outreach goals.

The webinar also featured a video interview with three employees at GMi Companies who decided to work there after their high school tours. What they said surprised participants, but aligned with what we know of Gen Z and their passion for making the world a better place and seeing the bigger picture. The webinar ended with an open discussion of manufacturers and educators sharing their successes, pitfalls, and advice for Manufacturing Month outreach.

We heard wisdom from folks at FESTO, GMi Companies, AtriCure, and other manufacturers in the Cincinnati region. Whether companies had been participating in Manufacturing Month for 10 years or for the first time, all had something to share and something to learn from one another.
