Barnes Dennig, USI Insurance, North Side Bank and Trust, and Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership (AIMP) surveyed regional manufacturers about salary, benefits, and other benchmarking data, and got an outstanding response, with manufacturers of all sizes from throughout the region, including Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Dayton, and Indianapolis. We’ll release our findings in a landmark virtual event, with new data and deeper insights that will help you map an agile path to success.

In this year’s edition of the benchmarking report, we uncover:

  • How your compensation structure compares to others in your industry and market

  • Benefit offerings – Are yours competitive? What benefits are trending – and making a difference in recruiting and retention?
