What career path opportunities can be pursued at your company?

Fostering a work environment where everyone is safe, heard and feels proud to work for the company is part of our culture. At Pilot Chemical, our employees can grow their careers with us both vertically and laterally. We empower our employees to take the lead in charting their career journey and encourage team members to take on new challenges and mentor those around them. We have had employees start at a manufacturing plant as a Chemical Operator and work their way up into positions on our corporate logistics teams, where they coordinate production planning across multiple manufacturing facilities to optimize our overall output. Their experience in operating our production units provides these individuals with a unique understanding of the constraints and capabilities of our manufacturing plants. For example, we have former Chemical Operators currently fulfilling corporate roles such as Master Supply Planning Leader, Warehouse Planner, and Procurement Specialist. We’ve had other individuals begin their careers as Laboratory Technicians and move on to Chemist and Engineering roles at the plant and corporate levels before moving into manager-level roles on our corporate Technical and Quality teams.
