In partnership with GE Aerospace, United Way has named AMIP one of the inaugural recipients of the Future of Manufacturing Fund. AMIP, along with local organizations Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, Great Oaks Career Campuses, LEAD Training, and Learning Grove, will use these funds to support the mission of bringing new talent into manufacturing.
The Future of Manufacturing Fund will allow AMIP to expand its manufacturing bootcamps and supplement its existing work with LEAD Training to expose high schoolers to great careers in the industry. Supporting the next generation of manufacturers is vital to keep our region thriving.
You can read more about what AMIP and fellow recipients plan to do with this funding on United Way’s website. AMIP would like to thank every one who had a part in creating this exciting opportunity to continue training up the makers of the future.
