Prior to joining Cincinnati Works in 2019, Matt spent 13 years building expertise in the professional services sector with Accenture, growing its global “Skills to Succeed” community initiative, which has equipped millions of people with the skills to get a job or build a business.

Matt received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Oakley with his wife and two young children.
