Matt Mooney is a leading expert on workforce development with front-line employees. He is currently a Vice President at Cincinnati Works, overseeing its innovative social enterprise that helps employers hire, stabilize, retain, and advance their essential workers.
Matt is a passionate believer that organizations who can activate the potential of their essential employees can also create a competitive advantage – with more stable and predictable operations in the short term and better leadership development in the long term.
Prior to joining Cincinnati Works in 2019, Matt spent 13 years building expertise in the professional services sector with Accenture, growing its global “Skills to Succeed” community initiative, which has equipped millions of people with the skills to get a job or build a business.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Oakley with his wife and two young children.
